Brooklyn Local 1 (Brooklyn, New York) – In Williamsburg, Brooklyn, they forge barley malt and hops from Germany, aromatic raw sugar from Mauritius and yeast from Belgium into our latest beer, Brooklyn Local 1. Behind the full golden color you'll find an alluring aroma, a dynamic complex of flavors. Belgian flair, Brooklyn fortitude and a dusting of our special yeast. To create this beer, we use the old technique of 100% bottle re-fermentation, a practice now rare even in Europe. It gives this beer a palate of unusual depth. ABV 9.0%.
Brooklyn Local 2 (Brooklyn, New York) – Here in Brooklyn they have combined European malts, hops, Belgium dark sugar, and raw wildflower honey from a New York Family farm to create Local 2. There special Belgium yeast adds hints of spice to the dark fruit, caramel and chocolate flavor. ABV 9.0%.
Three Philosophers (Cooperstown, New York) – Created by blending a rich malty, Belgian-style ale with authentic Kriek, a classic cherry ale from Belgium, our quadruple is cultured yet wild, curious yet wise. 98% Ale – 2% Ale with Cherries added. ABV 9.8%
Duvel (Belgium) – Four generations of the Moortgat family have brought together Pilsner malts, Bohemian hops, and a unique yeast strain to create this intense, aromatic and beguiling ale. This Belgian favorite is best enjoyed chilled (40 - 50 F) with discerning friends or good-looking strangers. ABV 8.5%.
Saison Dupont (Belgium) - Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural. ABV 6.5%.
Double Bastard (California) - This is a lacerative muther of a beer. The evil big brother of Arrogant Bastard Ale. It is strongly suggested you stay far, far away from this beer. Those foolish enough to venture close enough to taste will experience a punishingly unforgiving assault on the palate. ’Course there’s always the masochists...

At Southern Tier, we’re not surprised that hieroglyphs of the ancient Maya depict chocolate being poured for rulers and gods. Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA (Delaware)- This beer is the holy grail for hopheads. This beer is continually hopped over a 120 minute boil and then dry- hopped every day for a month. ABV 20+%.
Dogfish Head Palo Santo (Delaware) - An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means "holy tree" and it's wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.
Sam Smith Oatmeal (England) - Walnut-like color and palate of hazelnuts. Wonderful balance of roasted crystal malt and aromatic hops. Long clean finish. ABV 5.2%
